The Loading Bay

The old loading bay, forty-four thousand square feet with the rails still set into the floor. Six hundred machines, 30 tables and a sportsbook in the weighbridge office.

On the water

The Harbour

A working harbour, not a marina. Harbour tours twice daily on a restored 1948 tug, and the ferry to the point leaves from our own dock.

Pool and bar

The Roof

A lap pool nine floors up with a glass end wall that hangs over the street, plus cabanas and a bar that runs until one.

The Works

A spa in the old brine tanks: steam, cold plunge, salt scrub. The gym is in the former machine shop and has the original beams overhead.
